Kuhlanganisiwe ukuhamba kwemali mahhala ngaphambi kwe-M & A nezimali zamakhasimende ithuthuke ngo-21% yaya ku-€ 3,509 million (2018: € 2,912 million), ikhombisa ikakhulukazi ukulethwa kwezindiza zentengiso kanye nokusebenza kweholo. Kuhlanganisiwe ukuhamba kwemali mahhala yayingu-€ 3,475 million (2018: € 3,505 million). Okuhlanganisiwe isikhundla semali yenetha yayingu-Euro 12.5 billion ngomhla ka-31 Disemba 2019 (ukuphela konyaka ka-2018: € 13.3 billion) ngemuva kwenkokhelo yezabelo zango-2018 engu-€ 1.3 billion kanye nomnikelo wempesheni wama-euro ayizigidi eziyizinkulungwane ezingu-1.8.
