- For those cadets and instructors that meet the high standards of Silver Airways, they will be given the opportunity to interview with one of the most dynamic and exciting international regional carriers in the world.
- Silver Airways now has a new source of qualified and enthusiastic pilots and Pan Am cadets and instructors have the chance for exciting career advancement.
